Ideal Quality HR Services is a registered Kenyan firm specializing in human resource management for organizations and production setups.
The field of staff outsourcing is diverse, covering many sectors. To ensure quality service delivery, we focus on a specific area of specialization. With extensive experience in specialized outsourcing, we began as a provider of quality personnel.
In 2016, we collaborated with ASHUT Engineers Ltd. to implement ISO 9001:2015 international standards, successfully completing the project after a year. During this time, we trained staff in various aspects of international quality management standards.
As clients requested assistance with managing other staff roles beyond quality management, we decided to expand our service offerings. This led to the establishment of Ideal Quality Human Resource Services in 2018, which became operational in 2019. Since then, we have significantly grown our client base, securing contracts to manage general workers for several companies, including Chiromo Special Products Ltd. (Rhino Special Products) Kenya Sweets Limited, Kamili Packers Limited, Brava Food Industries Limited, and Ashut Plastics Limited, Adpak Limited.
