We ran and maintained  the entire process of production, supervision and Quality Assurance, a diverse environment comprising of 200 personnel. In entirety, we provided oversight roles to all workers in production floor by ensuring both the quality assurance and overall production supervision on the following aspects are in tandem; a) Performance of casual workers in the department and ensure products meet set standards. b)Ensure a clean work environment and storage facilities are safe for the finished products. c)REAL TIME implementation of the company policies to ensure perfection and eventual growth of our clients.
